Class I & Class III Well Work / Groundwater Compliance

Our professional staff can provide a turnkey service, providing permitting, workplans, workover services, and summary reporting capabilities that meet or exceed regulatory requirements.
The Strata team has many years of experience in this environment, and are uniquely qualified to work with Compliance Managers and Project Managers to insure that projects are done cooperatively, responsibly, and within budget. Strata has provided compliance and project management, along with regulatory support, to numerous clients over the years, encompassing all elements of environmental programs and regulations. Description of services
Completion of Field Work
Strata will work with the regulatory community to prepare and submit a workplan for the scope of work required (well workover, fall-off test, MIT, etc.) and will provide trained professional staff to oversee the field work. Strata’s professional staff have many years of experience with all types of Class I and Class III well work, and can provide a turnkey service to complete the scope of work required at the well.
Completion of the Workover Report
The professionals at Strata will complete a report as required by regulation, including results of the well work, summary of results, and recommendations for additional activities, if required. Strata will work with facility staff to develop the report.
Completion of Well Permitting
Strata staff can prepare the required permit information, either for completion of a new well, or re-permit of an existing well. Strata staff have many years’ experience working with the regulatory agencies to successfully complete the permit application and allow the field work to begin.
Completion of Groundwater Monitoring
If your facility has a groundwater monitoring system, our staff of environmental technicians and professional geologists can complete the sampling of the wells and summary report of analysis as required by regulation. Strata has prepared numerous sampling and analysis Plans (SAP), including Class I and Class III facilities. Summary reports include analysis of the data, potentiometric surface maps, trend analysis, statistical analysis (if needed), along with geologic and hydrogeologic analysis.
Strata uses the finest state of the art software packages available. For fall-off testing and MIT analysis, Strata utilizes PIE software, originally developed by BP for use at their facilities. For mapping and sonar analysis, Strata utilizes ArcView software, which allows excellent mapping capabilities along with effective data management.
