Zach Faber

President/Owner, Environmental Compliance Project Manager

Zach has over 13 years of technical, environmental, and management experience. He is a graduate of University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a graduate of Wichita State University with a Bachelor Degree in Biological Sciences and a minor in Chemistry. Mr. Faber experience includes air compliance management and permitting, leak detection and repair (LDAR) program development and management, chemical hazard communication program development, groundwater exploration and sampling, SPCC, SWP3, chemical compatibility and inventories, waste management, environmental management system development, ISO 14001 implementation and management, CEMS compliance, NSPS and MACT compliance and reporting, PSM and RMP auditing, Phase I property investigations, and UIC permitting and compliance. Mr. Faber has managed and developed environmental compliance systems at ethanol, salt, grain processing, nitrogenous fertilizer, aluminum, paint coating, and LPG.


Danielle Hayes-Thurman, MBA

Vice President of Operations

Danielle joined Strata, LLC in 2015 as the Director of Operations.  Danielle, who holds an MBA, brings a diverse background in various industries in the management capacity.  Danielle is responsible for various aspects of the business, i.e., human resources, client and vendor engagements and contracts, business development, marketing, management of all offices, process/procedure development, administrative systems, and maintaining the necessary support staff to support the company’s growth.  Throughout the growth of Strata, she is key in strategic planning related to the company’s short and long term plans. Danielle earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas and her Master’s in Business Administration from Wichita State University.

Heath Kirk

Accounting & Finance Manager

Heath joined Strata, LLC in 2017 as the Business Accountant. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. His main responsibilities include invoicing clients, paying vendors, payroll, financial reporting and project profitability. Through these efforts he helps to maintain a healthy bottom line, in both the short term and long term, leading to lasting growth for Strata.

Ryan Serrette

Vice President of Underground Storage

Ryan has developed considerable expertise in business development and project management for many multi-million-dollar projects. More specifically, he has been heavily involved with well workovers, cavern operations, drilling, and Mechanical Integrity Testing (MIT) of storage wells and caverns. Ryan’s experience includes on-site supervision, and coordinating and scheduling of projects to satisfy the needs of our clients. His years of experience have enabled him to manage various complex projects, and he has been essential in resolving problem projects with industry as well as the Regulatory Agencies. — Ryan has many years of experience as Service Supervisor of directional and borehole enlargement tools, and downhole fishing and wireline operations has proven to be a very valuable asset in the field. Previous Experience — Ryan has worked previously for several cavern/storage well and oil and gas service companies. His career spans from Business Development and training/ coaching the sales forces of prior employers, to managing and working in the field to ensure successful project execution and completion.


Michael D. Wright, MPH 

Business Devlopement Manager / HSE Coordinator

Michael has over 35 years of technical, project and program management experience in the environmental field.  He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor Degree in Zoology and a Master Degree from the University of Oklahoma in Public Health with an emphasis in Environmental Health.  He worked for the Tulsa City County Health Department for 13 years as Manager of the Water Quality, Solid and Hazardous Waste Program.  He was also a member of the Hazardous Materials Emergency Response Team during that time.  He has been in the environmental consulting industry since 1990 where he has supported oil and gas, aviation, agrichemical and numerous other industries with their most challenging environmental compliance issues.
